Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
